Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country.
These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my wig?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The lace is not cut
- The wig is unworn and unaltered
- The product is in its original condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Can I return the wig if I cut the lace?
No — once the lace has been cut, the item is considered a final sale for hygiene reasons.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
