At HD Crown, we are committed to delivering your Crown with care, precision, and efficiency. Each HD Crown piece undergoes a final quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets our luxury standards.

SHIP METHODS

We offer complimentary shipping on all HD Crown orders, both locally and internationally.

Delivery Timeframes:
• South Africa: 2–5 business days
• International: 3–15 business days

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your Crown arrives safely:
International: DHL Express
South Africa: PostNet

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or courier delays.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

For international orders, DHL will send shipment notifications where you can:
• Track your parcel in real time
• Reschedule delivery
• Manage delivery preferences

You may receive multiple tracking notifications if items are shipped separately.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will assist you and work with the courier to investigate the issue.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, HD Crown is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing.

As a guideline, address changes requested more than 2 hours after purchase may not be possible.

For international shipments via DHL Express, you may also have the option to:
• Change your delivery address
• Reschedule delivery
• Collect your parcel from a DHL ServicePoint
• Place your shipment on hold

You will receive DHL notification emails with available delivery options.
