These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HD Crown website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from HD Crown (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to use this Site and place an order.
3. Products & Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders where necessary without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Order Process & Contract Formation
Before placing your order, you will be shown:
- Product details
- Total price (including taxes)
- Delivery costs
- Available payment methods
You may review and correct any errors before submitting your order.
A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier operations.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, HD Crown is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
Due to hygiene and product integrity, wigs that have been worn, altered, or had the lace cut are not eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
A handling/restocking fee of 5% may be applied to approved returns.
8. International Orders & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
These charges are not included in your order and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, branding, and designs, is owned by HD Crown or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use this Site:
- For unlawful purposes
