RETURN POLICY

At HD Crown, each piece is crafted to meet the highest standard of luxury and quality. Due to the personal and delicate nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • The lace has not been cut or tampered with
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact

Any items that have been worn, styled, washed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return and will be considered final sale.


RETURNS PROCESS & REFUNDS

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Once received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable courier service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Items with cut lace, signs of wear, or altered condition will not be accepted
  • HD Crown is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
  • Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be rejected
